Refund and Rescheduling Policy

- Students submitting cancellation/rescheduling requests 10 business days or more prior to the start of the course are entitled to a full refund/rescheduling. Students submitting cancellation/rescheduling requests less than 10 days and more than 5 business days prior to the start of the course will be issued a credit toward a future Fox Company course (The credit will be equal to the amount paid for the initial course less any applicable fees). Students submitting cancellation/rescheduling request equal or less than 5 business days prior the start of the course, are not entitled to a refund/rescheduling.
- Should the organizer cancel the course for any reason, each registered student will be refunded 100% of the registration cost they paid.

Ticket Types

​

1 - Super Early Bird: When the registration and payment with credit card is made 60+ days from the training start date

2 - Early bird: When the registration and payment with credit card is made between 60 and 30 days of the training start date

3 - Full Price: When the registration and payment with credit card is made with less than 30 days of the training start date

Fulfillment/Delivery Policy

- Virtual Sessions are delivered using Microsoft Teams or Zoom application. The participants is responsible to install the or use the web version of the application.

- Each registration grants one unique participant to be present on the training. Participants are not authorised to invite observers without instructors consent with the penalty of losing their training spot.
